Installation: what UK buyers need to know

The 1 Channel kit is designed for combi boilers. Wiser sells separate 2 Channel kits for system and conventional boilers with hot water. Heat pumps are supported via on/off control only. The HubR is mains powered (230 V). If you are not confident with the wiring, use a qualified installer. Any work on the gas side of a boiler must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
