Found a mistake? Please email [email protected] (or see our contact page) with the page address and what is wrong. We aim to review reports and reply within five working days — a target, not a guarantee.

We check each report against the official sources — the manufacturer’s documentation or the shop’s own page. If we confirm an error, we correct it. If we find the information is right, we reply and explain why.

When a correction changes a fact, price or recommendation, we update the page, change its date and record it below. Routine price, stock and delivery updates from shops are not corrections and are not logged here; a correction is when something we published was wrong. Small spelling or formatting fixes are not logged.

Each entry gives the date, the page, what was wrong and what we changed. Ranking pages also keep their own change log. We don’t publish the name or details of the person who reported an error.
