How quickly we reply
- General enquiries, corrections and complaints: we aim to reply within five working days. This is our target, not a guarantee.
- Requests about your personal data (for example a copy of your data, or asking us to delete it): we reply within one month, as UK data protection law requires. The law allows this to be extended by up to two further months only for complex or numerous requests; if that applies, we will tell you within the first month and explain why. See our privacy policy.
We cannot give individual installation advice. For wiring work please use a qualified electrician, and for any work on the gas side of a boiler a Gas Safe registered engineer.
