Who we are

comanora.co.uk (“COMANORA”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Marian Viorel Coman, a sole trader trading as COMANORA.

  • Address: 19 Tinshill Mount, Leeds, LS16 7AY, United Kingdom
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Not registered for VAT.

These terms apply when you use comanora.co.uk. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website.

Using our information

COMANORA gives general information to help you choose smart home products. It is not professional installation, electrical or gas advice. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use a qualified installer where needed. Any work on the gas side of a boiler must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

We check facts against official sources and show the date we checked them, but products, prices and specifications change. Please check the shop’s and the manufacturer’s information before you buy.

Prices, stock and offers

Prices are shown as the shop displays them to UK consumers, which normally includes VAT. Delivery is shown when the shop states it. Prices and stock change frequently, so we show when each price was checked, and we hide prices that have not been checked recently. The price and terms shown by the shop at checkout are the ones that apply.

COMANORA does not sell products. When you follow a link to a shop, you leave COMANORA: any purchase is a contract between you and that shop, and the shop is responsible for the sale, delivery, returns and the product itself. Links marked Ad are affiliate links, explained on our affiliate disclosure page. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to keep COMANORA accurate and available, but we provide it free of charge and cannot promise that it will always be complete, up to date or uninterrupted.

If we fail to comply with these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it would happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen when you used the website. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We are not responsible for products sold by shops: the shop you buy from is responsible for the sale, delivery, returns and the product itself.

COMANORA is for domestic and private use. If you use it for business purposes, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice.

Using the website fairly

You must not misuse COMANORA — for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful code, deliberately overloading it, or copying its content in bulk by automated means (such as scraping). We may block access that harms the website or other visitors.

Our content

COMANORA’s text, tables and design are our own and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Short quotations with a link back are welcome. Manufacturer and shop names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Complaints and corrections

If you think something on COMANORA is wrong or unfair, please email [email protected] (details on our contact page). We aim to reply to complaints within five working days — a target, not a guarantee. Reports of factual errors are handled as described on our corrections page. Requests about your personal data follow the legal time limits in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
